After working for 30 years for BMW AG in the Aftersales Department around the world, establishing and building up Aftersales facility on 3 different continents, setting up and maintaining German level of service for the world famous brand, Alexander decided to bring his expertise and experience to the Bulgarian customer. The Bulgarian market is not new for him. In the period 2007-2010, Alexander Burkhardt was the Aftersales Director for BMW AG Bulgaria. Now he goes back to what he loves most- service perfection and new challenge.
After living 25 years abroad, experienced and trained in customer approach and HR, Vessela is looking forward to bring this world class experience to her home town of Plovdiv and see the happy faces of her staff and fellow Plovdiv customers. Customers around the world, even though different in nationality, will gladly welcome high level of quality, high level of communication and high level of attitude.
